We are a pediatric clinic in Orangeville, Ontario, dedicated to providing multi-disciplinary supports and family-centered therapy to children, adolescents, and families.

Role Overview

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team, providing in-person assessment and treatment services to children and adolescents with varying needs. Our ideal candidate will have experience working with neurodiverse youth and be passionate about assessment-driven intervention.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is $75-$90 per hour, paid on a part-time independent contractor basis. We offer flexible scheduling to promote work-life balance and a diverse caseload that allows for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide in-person assessments and treatments to children and adolescents with varying needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, neuropsychologists, speech and language pathologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams

Requirements

  • Masters degree or recognized equivalent in Occupational Therapy
  • Licensure with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO)
  • 4+ years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably with neurodiverse or high medical needs youth
  • Strong aptitude for report writing and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
