About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Painter Specialist to join our team at APEX BRICK & TILE CO. LTD. As a key member of our exterior finishing team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting and wall covering services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Surface Preparation: Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Repair cracks and holes in walls and ceilings, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure our clients' properties remain in excellent condition.
  • Painting and Finishing: Mix paint to the desired color and texture, and apply it to interior and exterior surfaces using a variety of techniques and tools.
  • Wall Covering: Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls, ensuring a precise and professional finish.
  • Client Consultation: Advise clients on colors and choice of wall coverings, taking into account their personal preferences and design goals.
  • Scaffolding and Rigging: Erect scaffolding and swing stages, and attach rigging as required, ensuring a safe and stable working environment.
  • Estimation and Planning: Estimate costs and materials required for each project, and plan and schedule work to ensure timely completion.
