Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination
    • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
    • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project delivery
  • Site Management
    • Oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations
    • Monitor and control project costs, quality, and timelines
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
  • Communication and Reporting

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction management or a related field
    • Post-secondary education in construction management, engineering, or a related field
  • Skills and Knowledge
    • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a variety of outdoor and indoor environments, including construction sites and offices
    • May be required to work at heights, in confined spaces, or in other hazardous environments
