Defined Benefit Administration Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Defined Benefit Administration Associate to join our team at Buck Canada. As a key member of our benefits administration team, you will be responsible for coordinating the administration of employee benefit programs, including basic and major medical coverage, dental insurance, group life insurance, pension plans, and other benefits for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinates the administration of employee benefit programs, including eligibility, provisions, and other matters related to benefits.
- Maintains benefits records and documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assists in the preparation of employee benefits booklets and other employee benefit communications.
- Works within specific limits and authority on assignments that are routine and of low to moderate complexity.
To be successful in this role, you will require a high school diploma or equivalent, plus a minimum of 2-3 years of related experience. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, clients, and other stakeholders.
