About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Benefits Coordinator Associate to join our team at Gallagher. As a key member of our benefits administration team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our employee benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the administration of employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, life insurance, and pension plans.
- Consult with employees on eligibility, provisions, and other matters related to benefits.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date benefits records and documents.
- Assist in the preparation of employee benefits booklets and other communications.
- Work within established limits and authority on assignments of moderate complexity.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required; minimum of 2-3 years related experience preferred.
