Job Description

EMCO Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our Strategic Development Program as a Trainee. This 5-phased program is designed to provide comprehensive training and development opportunities to learn every aspect of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Phase 1: Warehouse Logistics - Learn product knowledge, sales support, and customer service skills.
  • Phase 2: Operations - Develop skills in customer service, counter sales, order management, inventory control, and financial analysis.
  • Phase 3: Inside Sales/Project Management - Progress to managing large-scale projects and developing sales skills.
  • Phase 4: Outside Sales/Account Management - Learn to find new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and build customer and vendor relationships.
  • Phase 5: Career Development - Determine your ideal career path and take your training to the next level.
Requirements:
  • College and/or University degree
  • Positive attitude and results-oriented mindset
  • Desire to continuously learn and grow
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills
  • Possess a strong work ethic and high standard of integrity
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team setting
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software
