As a trainee, you will progress through a 5-phased program to learn every aspect of our business, from shipping and receiving to sales, operations, purchasing, account management, and more. Your responsibilities will include:

* Phase 1: Warehouse Logistics - Learn our products, how they get from vendors to customers, and understand sales support.
* Phase 2: Operations - Get involved in customer service, counter sales, order management, inventory, pricing controls, credit management, financial statements, and more.
* Phase 3: Inside Sales/Project Management - Help customers with product and service issues and manage large-scale projects.
* Phase 4: Outside Sales/Account Management - Learn to find new business opportunities, sell our products, negotiate contracts, and build customer and vendor relationships.
* Phase 5: Career Development - Determine your ideal career path using your training.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A college or university degree
* A positive attitude and results-oriented mindset
* A desire to continuously learn and grow

* A strong work ethic and high standard of integrity
* Ability to work well independently and in a team setting
* Excellent communication skills to build and maintain strong working relationships
