Job Summary

Honest Cleaning Ltd is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Light Duty Cleaner to join our team. As a Light Duty Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients. This is a permanent position working 30 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors
  • Dust furniture
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture
  • Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
  • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas
  • Clean and disinfect elevators
  • Handle and report lost and found items
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Wash windows, walls and ceilings
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
Requirements
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
  • Basic security clearance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Physically demanding work
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
