Job Title: Light Duty Cleaner

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Light Duty Cleaner to join our team at CleanTeck Services Canada Ltd. As a Light Duty Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors
  • Dust furniture
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture
  • Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
  • Clean and disinfect elevators
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Clean changing rooms and showers
  • Work with minimal supervision
  • Perform safety and security checks
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
  • Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
