Job Summary

We are seeking a Retail Store Supervisor to lead our sales team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail store. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills and be able to motivate and direct the sales team to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are equipped to meet customer needs.
  • Authorize the return of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that the store is adequately staffed at all times.
  • Sell merchandise and provide excellent customer service.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of workers and ensure that the store is running smoothly.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a retail environment and will be expected to be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
