Job Summary

Pala Interactive, a leading gaming technology provider, seeks an experienced Financial Coordinator to support daily operations and month-end close.

Key Responsibilities
  • Funding and Treasury Activities: Perform day-to-day funding and treasury-related tasks, ensuring seamless financial management.
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting: Prepare in-depth financial and operational analysis, meeting ad-hoc, daily, monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting requirements.
  • Account Reconciliations: Conduct thorough reconciliations across accounts and systems, maintaining accuracy and transparency.
  • Journal Entries and Accruals: Prepare and document journal entries and accruals as needed, ensuring proper financial record-keeping.
  • Client System Interfaces: Develop and implement interfaces with client systems, ensuring efficient data exchange and reconciliation.
  • Special Projects: Participate in special projects and additional duties assigned by the manager or client, demonstrating adaptability and initiative.
Requirements
  • Education: College graduate or diploma in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Accounting, or Math.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Possess strong organizational and time management skills, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional yet personable demeanor.
  • Leadership and Accountability: Exhibit leadership, responsiveness, and accountability, working well independently and collaboratively with others.
  • Analytical and Research Skills: Show strong analytical and research skills, with a focus on detail and quality.
  • Technical Proficiency: High proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel, and ability to work overtime during month-end (first 8 days of each month).
