Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Emergency Response: Be the point of contact for emergency situations and handle them with professionalism and poise.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit progress reports and other necessary documentation.
  • Equipment Operation: Supervise the operation of mechanical equipment and machinery.
  • Staff Training: Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Scheduling and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
Supervision and Team Management

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 people and ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.

Certifications and Licenses

A Security Guard License is required for this position.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

This role requires standing for extended periods and working under pressure. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions in emergency situations.

  • Interpersonal Skills: You must have efficient interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Communication: You must have excellent oral communication skills and be able to provide clear instructions and guidance.
  • Flexibility: You must be flexible and able to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
Experience and Education

You must have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role and a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

This is a permanent position with 35 to 40 hours of work per week. The language of work is English.
