Job Overview

Paladin Security is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our security services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate security operations, including incident response and emergency situations.
  • Investigate and report on occupational health and safety incidents, ensuring compliance with corporate procedures.
  • Develop and implement site training programs to ensure staff are familiar with site operations, post orders, and duties.
  • Monitor and maintain Paladin's Occupational Health and Safety program for all site binders.
  • Communicate effectively with Operations, Zone Supervisors, Clients, and front-line employees to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required; undergraduate degree an asset.
  • Prior security and/or law enforcement experience is an asset.
  • Minimum of two years supervisory experience with a demonstrated history of progressive management responsibilities.
  • Valid Class 5 Alberta Driver's License with no more than 5 demerit points.
  • Valid Alberta Security License.
  • Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Education and Certification:

  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Valid Unrestricted Alberta Driver's License.
