Family Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Support Worker to join our team at Celestial Carehome Ltd. As a Family Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene, promoting their independence and dignity.
- Medication Administration: Safely administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals, ensuring accurate dosages and adherence to treatment plans.
- Household Management: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
- Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with clients, families, and healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless care coordination.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a caregiving or support role.
- Language: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and families.
