Retail Store Manager

At Bob's Liquor Beer & Wine Store, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the store, including supervising sales staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities of Workers: Lead and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage Inventory: Oversee the receipt, storage, and maintenance of inventory, ensuring that stock levels are accurate and up-to-date.
- Prepare Reports: Compile and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and other relevant information to inform business decisions.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, demonstrating a high level of problem-solving skills.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and minimize labor costs.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced retail environment with a high level of customer traffic.
- Work Under Pressure: Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a timely and efficient manner.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain accurate records and reports, and ensure that inventory levels are up-to-date.
- Client Focus: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that customer needs are met.
- Organized: Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all aspects of the job.
- Reliability: Demonstrate a high level of reliability and accountability in all aspects of the job.
- Team Player: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
