**Job Summary**

The Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team in Toronto, Canada.

As a key member of the RBC Wealth Management Canada marketing team, you will play a vital role in bridging client needs with creative execution.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage incoming creative requests, ensuring they align with project priorities and team capacity.
  • Distribute projects to designers, copy editors, and videographers, providing clear and thorough briefs to guide their work.
  • Maintain project timelines, communicate with clients on progress, and set clear expectations to ensure all deliverables are met on time.
  • Act as an RBC brand steward by reviewing marketing materials to confirm compliance with our brand guidelines.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Post-secondary education in Communications, Marketing/Business or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and prior experience working in a customer service role.
  • Skilled in project management; exemplary organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, excellent time management skills, and ability to prioritize multiple projects.
