The estimated salary for this role is between $80,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on experience. This includes a base salary as well as unlimited earning potential through commission and fees.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter who can create customized portfolios and wealth plans for high-net-worth individuals and families. They will also establish and maintain reciprocal relationships with RBC partners to ensure clients receive comprehensive support for their financial lives.

Requirements
  • 4-6 years of outbound sales experience in financial services or a related field
  • Comfortable earning 100% commission
  • Completed Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or equivalent
  • Possess strong relationship building skills and ability to connect with diverse individuals
