Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Patna Sweets & Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dining establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:- Service Delivery: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best possible deals.
- Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that our business runs efficiently.
As a Restaurant Manager, you will work in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure to meet customer demands and deadlines. You must be able to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment to achieve our business goals.
