Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Patna Sweets & Restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and supplies.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
- Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure that they are providing excellent service and meeting the needs of customers.
- Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing and promotion strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong leadership skills.
- Fast-paced environment: The restaurant is a fast-paced environment, and the successful candidate must be able to work well under pressure.
- Work under pressure: The successful candidate must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Dependability: The successful candidate must be dependable and able to work independently.
- Efficient interpersonal skills: The successful candidate must have efficient interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively with staff and customers.
- Reliability: The successful candidate must be reliable and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Team player: The successful candidate must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with staff.
