Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including personnel files, inventory, and budgetary controls.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including supervising staff, managing supplies, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team, clients, and stakeholders, including preparing reports, presentations, and other materials.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues, including troubleshooting technical problems and finding creative solutions to complex problems.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, and proficiency in MS Office and other software applications.
