Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Regent Hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Establish work schedules.

Work Environment

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with a permanent work term and 32-40 hours per week. The work language is English.
