Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Columbine Food Services Inc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including cooks, servers, and kitchen helpers.
  • Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a clean and safe environment.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Develop and implement menus and pricing strategies to meet customer demands.
  • Train and develop staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in food service management.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
