Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at The Taco Club Food Services Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent oral communication and client focus skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of 5-10 people, including food and beverage servers.
