Requirements
  • 3+ years of retail management experience with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire store teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
