Tiny Hoppers Early Learning Willoughby seeks an experienced Education Services Director to lead our education team. This is a permanent, 30-hour per week position requiring English language proficiency, 3-5 years of experience, and a college or CEGEP education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking a highly organized individual who can allocate resources effectively to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for authorizing and establishing departments and senior staff positions, as well as coordinating regional, divisional, or departmental work.
  • This role involves establishing objectives and formulating policies and programs, as well as representing the organization in negotiations and official functions.
  • You will be responsible for selecting middle managers and delegating authority, while also supervising more than 20 people.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential for this role, along with being a team player with flexibility and judgement.

Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license and own vehicle are required, as you may need to travel on occasion.
  • You must be willing to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • A high level of attention to detail and ability to handle a large workload are necessary for success in this role.
