We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at 1107443 Ontario Inc. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Management: Monitor revenues to determine labour costs, balance cash, and complete balance sheets and related forms.
- Staff Management: Set staff work schedules, conduct performance reviews, and ensure that staff are trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Operations: Determine the type of services to be offered, implement operational procedures, and ensure that health and safety regulations are followed.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, and ensure that our customers receive a positive experience.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent written communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
