Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at KFC Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of food service staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Operations Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure that customers receive exceptional service.
- Team Management: Hire food service staff, establish work schedules, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- Work Experience: 3-4 years of experience in a restaurant or food service environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, combination of sitting, standing, walking, and attention to detail.
