Key Responsibilities

:
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools.
  • Assist with minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as tightening screws and replacing dispensers.
  • Ensure that all areas of the facility are clean and organized, including classrooms, hallways, and common areas.
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to achieve common goals.

Requirements

:
  • Completion of a Building Service Workers' course or equivalent.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies.
  • Valid B.C. (Class 5) Driver's License (may be required).

Working Conditions
