The RoleThis is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance and will possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities- Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs;
- Empty trash cans and other waste containers;
- Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment;
- Perform minor repairs on appliances;
- Work with minimal supervision;
- Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas.
- Degree or equivalent experience;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Judgement and reliability;
- Ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs);
- Physically demanding work environment;
- Work under pressure and repetitive tasks.
- A competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year;
