Interim Executive Director of Long Term Care

At TEEMA Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interim Executive Director of Long Term Care to lead our organization to excellence in resident care, operational efficiency, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Strategic Vision: Provide strategic direction and leadership to our long-term care facility, ensuring a supportive and compassionate environment for residents and staff.
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, including budgeting, financial management, and labor relations.
- Financial Management: Develop and implement financial plans to ensure the long-term sustainability of the facility.
- Community and Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with community stakeholders, including residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Quality Improvement and Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations, and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care.
- University degree in Health, Gerontology, Business, Marketing, or Social Services
- LTC Administrator Certification (Asset)
- Minimum 3-5 years of pertinent health management experience, including budgeting, operational statement analysis, labor relations, and a comprehensive understanding of relevant legislation governing LTC operations
- Proven track record in strategic planning, financial management, and operational excellence
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills
