Food Service Supervisor

Mahakal Foods Ltd is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food service team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Administrative Tasks: Prepare budget and cost estimates, maintain records, and submit reports as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service or related role.
- Personal Qualities: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, team player, initiative, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
