Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Boutcher Holdings Inc. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and supervise the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and hire food service staff as needed.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a physically demanding work environment.
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a team environment.
