Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At Mahakal Foods Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate our kitchen staff to ensure seamless food preparation and service.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and coaching to our staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate ingredient and supply needs to ensure optimal food quality and minimize waste.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high quality standards.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates to ensure financial efficiency.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
