Job Summary

No Problem Movers Ltd. is seeking a skilled Truck Driver-Supervisor to oversee our transportation operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, dispatching bus drivers, and ensuring the smooth execution of our logistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 people to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service.
  • Dispatch bus drivers and monitor routes to optimize transportation efficiency.
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities to meet business objectives.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Recommend personnel actions to support team performance and development.
  • Co-ordinate repairs and rentals to minimize downtime and optimize resources.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to support operations.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's licence and a strong understanding of transportation regulations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organized and a team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to co-ordinate and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
