Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality projects, including building envelope new construction and commissioning services.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue in the New Construction / BECx service line.
  • Provide technical leadership and expertise to clients, ensuring that their projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to promote our services and grow our business.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or architecture.
  • 15+ years of experience in building envelope new construction and commissioning services, with a strong background in technical leadership and business development.
  • P.Eng. or professional Architect designation would be considered an asset.
  • Significant technical and sales history and familiarity with this service line, with local industry recognition and contacts.
