As a Strategic Project Lead, you will lead a talented team of cross-functional experts, fostering their growth and trust while driving the delivery of high-quality solutions. You'll oversee the full project lifecycle, from initial planning through execution, ensuring that outcomes align with client expectations for both timeliness and quality.
You will also be pivotal in organizing, monitoring, and controlling all phases of application development, adhering to SDLC and development standards. Your role will include scheduling, resource management, and resolving any conflicts across projects to keep delivery on track.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on technical delivery in software development environments. PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification is advantageous, as well as strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Lean, and DevOps practices.
The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
