Job Title: Ethnic Food Cook

We are seeking a skilled Ethnic Food Cook to join our team at ACHYUTAM GROUP INC. o/a Dum Pukht. As an Ethnic Food Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, determining the size of food portions and costs, and planning menus and estimating food requirements for their realization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring high-quality standards and presentation.
  • Menu Planning: Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization, considering dietary restrictions and preferences.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient use and minimizing waste.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and training to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Clean kitchen and work areas, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
