Responsibilities
  • Contribute to quantitative analysis of equity portfolios and enhance existing portfolio modeling, management, and monitoring systems.
  • Support Portfolio Managers and Investment Analysts in developing stock selection models for global large cap and small cap portfolios, as well as specific asset-selection models.
  • Monitor research and events in the quantitative investment field to gain insights that can enhance portfolio returns and risk management.
  • Present quantitative portfolio analysis and investment ideas to Portfolio Managers.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a quantitative discipline (such as Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, or Physics).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the Financial Services industry, with asset management experience preferred.
  • Exceptional quantitative skills, including programming, data analytics, and model-building, with solid mathematical reasoning and understanding.
  • Advanced knowledge of programming in a Statistical Language/Libraries, especially Python.

We estimate the salary range for this position to be between $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
