Dental Hygienist Position

Moosomin Dental Centre is a reputable dental services provider with a team of experienced professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality care. Our team regularly updates their skills through courses and conventions to ensure we provide the best possible services to our patients.
Duties and Responsibilities- Perform thorough dental cleanings to maintain patients' oral health
- Provide education and guidance to patients on proper oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care
- Take and develop dental x-rays to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Administer fluoride treatments and apply sealants as required to prevent oral health issues
- Conduct regular screenings for oral health conditions to identify potential problems early
- Proficiency in medical terminology and dental procedures
- Knowledge of dental office protocols and procedures
- Strong customer service skills to provide excellent patient care
- Ability to work with dental software, including Dentrix
- Experience with Itero scanning is considered an asset but not required
- Proficiency in standards of care, including infection prevention and control (IPAC)
- Licensed to practice as a Dental Hygienist in Saskatchewan
- Comprehensive Canada Life benefits package
