Job Overview

Moosomin Dental Clinic, a reputable dental service provider, is seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team. Our clinic offers a wide range of dental services with a highly experienced team dedicated to providing top-quality care.

We are committed to delivering exceptional patient care and promoting good oral health practices. Our professionals regularly update their skills through courses and conventions to ensure we provide the best possible services.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough dental cleanings to maintain patients' oral health.
  • Provide education and guidance on oral hygiene practices and proper care post-treatment.
  • Take and develop dental x-rays to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Administer fluoride treatments and apply sealants as required to prevent oral health issues.
  • Conduct screenings for oral health conditions to identify potential problems early.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in medical terminology and dental procedures.
  • Knowledge of dental office protocols and procedures.
  • Strong customer service skills to ensure a positive patient experience.
  • Ability to work with dental software, including Dentrix.
  • Itero scanning experience is considered an asset but not required.
  • Proficiency in standards of care, including IPAC.
  • Licensed to practice in Saskatchewan.
