The Paid Social Manager is a key role we're adding to our team to enhance, grow, and innovate an ever-growing channel for Klick and the media world as a whole.

Job Description

We're looking for someone with a perfect balance of strategic consumer insight, reporting, and problem-solving skills to lead paid social media campaigns across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing strategies and executing paid social media campaigns with at least 3 years of experience.
  • Client-facing and developing digital strategies for Facebook, Instagram, SnapChat, Pinterest, and Twitter.
  • Ideal candidates will have worked on campaigns for the US market and supported clients in pharma or healthcare.
  • Creativity and drive to reach big ideas and stamina to sweat the details.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of online advertising experience, including 2+ years of client-facing roles.
  • Background in paid social strategy and campaign execution across various platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.
  • Core operational understanding of critical campaign components such as Brand Safety Guidelines, Ad Viewability, and filtering for suspicious and/or fraudulent media activity.
  • Exceptional detail-oriented skills with the ability to manage multiple client campaigns efficiently under pressure.
  • Proven ability to provide timely feedback and act as a proactive part of the media team.
  • Proficiency in Excel, intermediate knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized with leadership abilities.
  • Eagerness to master new software platforms and solve problems.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced environments with continuous changes.
  • Degree or diploma in business administration, marketing, accounting, or similar field.
  • Experience with pharmaceutical clients preferred.
