About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Service Representative to join our Issuer Services Operations team in Toronto, Canada. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional support to clients with complex transactions and processes on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality support to clients with complex transactions and processes.
  • Independently assist clients by responding to inquiries regarding company products, services, and procedures.
  • Respond to client questions on BNY Mellon product features and provide technical assistance for issues escalated by junior team members.
  • Research and resolve moderately complex operational or client issues.
  • Route issues that cannot be addressed at point of contact to appropriate team, in accordance with documented procedures.
  • Assist in providing status updates on problem resolution and outstanding issues to other teams.
  • Contribute to process improvement by suggesting ideas to enhance team efficiency.
Requirements
  • High school/secondary school or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Years of total work experience preferred.
  • Experience in financial services preferred.
