Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Lineage Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our warehouse staff, ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our facilities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safety & Compliance: Lead and promote a culture of safety and compliance, ensuring that all warehouse staff adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • People Leadership: Supervise and coach warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals and objectives.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure that all customer orders are picked and shipped in a timely and accurate manner, meeting or exceeding customer service standards.
  • Operational Excellence: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize warehouse operations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a frontline supervisory role in a warehouse/logistics environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach warehouse staff.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve operational issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on safety, quality, and customer service.
