Position Overview:

The Director, IT ensures the seamless delivery of IT operations and leads the development and execution of the company's technology roadmaps. This role plays a key strategic and operational part in enabling business growth, ensuring security, and fostering innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • IT Strategy and Planning: Collaborate closely with senior management to develop and execute IT strategies and objectives aligned with the company's business goals.
  • Technology Roadmap: Design and implement IT roadmaps encompassing people, processes, and technology to drive operational excellence and innovation.
  • Emerging Technologies: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to recommend solutions that enhance business processes and create efficiencies.
  • Service Delivery: Ensure robust service delivery models are implemented, monitored, and optimized for effectiveness and user satisfaction.
  • Infrastructure and Security: Maintain oversight of IT infrastructure, applications, endpoints, and networks to ensure stability, efficiency, and security.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in an IT management or leadership role.
  • Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated success in designing and executing IT strategies, roadmaps, and related systems/processes.
  • Educational Background: Post-secondary degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CISSP, PMP) are highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud-based solutions, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications.
