Production Coordinator

Norden Windows And Doors Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments to ensure efficient production processes.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on production progress and any issues that may arise.
- Coordinate activities with warehouse and production units to ensure smooth operations.
- Compile worksheets and specifications of orders to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Estimate the type and quantity of materials and labor required for production, construction, and other projects.
- Prepare and maintain progress reports to track production milestones.
- Conduct performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting production goals.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize production efficiency.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
