Job Title: Airport Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Airport Shift Manager to join our team at SKYWAY BRANDS REGINA INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our airport food service team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
