C-Store Team Lead

Legacy Co-op is seeking a dedicated and results-driven C-Store Supervisor to join our team at the West Broadway Gas Bar in Yorkton, SK.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the team in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Supervise and delegate employee workflow and duties, ensuring adherence to safety standards and Legacy Co-op's policies and procedures.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and communication to Team Members.
- Onboard and train new staff, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
- Assist with interviews and contribute to the development of a high-performing team.
- Perform general Gas Bar duties, including stocking, receiving, ordering, and operating POS systems.
- Previous supervisory experience is considered an asset.
- Excellent communication and computer skills are essential.
- Retail experience in customer service and merchandising is highly valued.
- Knowledge of Gas Bar operations is considered an asset.
- Ability to work all shifts, including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
- Strong relationships and collaboration skills, with a focus on delivering solutions that matter.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, climbing, and kneeling.
