Job Title: C-Store Supervisor

Legacy Co-op is seeking a skilled C-Store Supervisor to join our team at the West Broadway Gas Bar in Yorkton, SK.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to lead our team in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our gas bar.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to team members, ensuring they follow safety standards and Legacy Co-op's policies and procedures.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Onboard and train new staff members to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Assist with interviews and provide input on candidate selection.
  • Perform general gas bar duties, including stocking, receiving, ordering, and operating the POS system.
Requirements:
  • Previous supervisory experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills.
  • Experience in retail customer service and merchandising.
  • Knowledge of gas bar operations is considered an asset.
  • Ability to work all shifts, including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
  • Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and kneel.
