About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced C-Store Supervisor to join our team at Legacy Co-op's West Broadway Gas Bar in Yorkton, SK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of employees in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all guests.
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to team members, ensuring they follow safety standards and Legacy Co-op's policies and procedures.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Onboard and train new staff members to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
  • Assist with interviews and provide input on candidate selection.
  • Perform general Gas Bar duties, including stocking, receiving, ordering, and operating POS systems.

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills.
  • Experience in retail customer service and merchandising.
  • Knowledge of Gas Bar operations is considered an asset.
  • Ability to work all shifts, including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and kneel.

Reporting Structure:

This role reports to Denise Hemphill, Store Manager.
