Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Legal Support Professional to join our team at Liberty Law Corporation. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to our legal team.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Minute Taking: You will be responsible for accurately recording and preparing minutes of court sessions, meetings, and conferences.
  • Office Procedures: You will assist in determining and establishing office procedures and routines to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Travel Arrangements: You will arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as required.
  • CORRESPONDENCE AND DOCUMENTS: You will prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents, ensuring they are accurate and compliant with legal procedures and grammatical usage.
  • Bookkeeping: You will perform basic bookkeeping tasks to maintain accurate financial records.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English is essential, with Hindi and Punjabi language skills being an asset.
